Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our expanding practice. In this role, We are looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, and possess effective interpersonal skills. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area. Your role is vital in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a growing team with potential for future advancement as our practice continues to expand.
The position requires rotating weekend availability at our Vineland location on Saturdays from 7:45 AM - 1:00 PM. Additional part-time hours will be available at our Bridgeton location. The hours for this position will be approximately 20 hours per week. As we plan to add another doctor to our team, there is the potential for additional hours as our practice grows.
While this is currently a part-time position, we offer the possibility of increased hours in the near future.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Suite.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Provide bilingual support to clients when necessary, enhancing customer service experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer literacy skills are essential.
- Experience with calendar management and phone systems is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
