Base Salary : Approximately $115,000–$125,000 per year

Work Hours : Roughly 50 hours per week
Travel : Occasional trips home, as discussed during the interview
About the Company :
The hiring organization is a well-established EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractor with expertise in installing utility and industrial infrastructure. Their portfolio includes substations, power generation facilities, industrial process plants, and renewable fuel projects. The current focus is on a large-scale high-voltage direct current (HVDC) substation project.
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule Development & Maintenance :
Create and update a detailed project schedule using Primavera P6.
Incorporate resources, costs, and quantities into the schedule.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with internal and external teams to integrate the local project schedule into the overall project timeline.
Serve as the primary contact for scheduling matters, coordinating with subcontractors, site teams, and other stakeholders.
Meetings & Reporting :
Lead or participate in meetings to discuss schedule updates, requirements, and potential issues.
Ensure scheduling data aligns with project controls for accurate corporate reporting.
Continuous Improvement :
Partner with the scheduling management team to refine scheduling standards and reporting practices.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, business, or a related field—or equivalent technical training and experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Primavera P6, including schedule creation, resource loading, and file management (e.g., MPP, XER, XLS).
Technical Knowledge :
Strong understanding of construction methods and the ability to validate schedule data against on-site progress.
Analytical & Communication Skills :
Ability to review and analyze project schedules to proactively identify risks and adjustments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with large, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams.
