Role Description
This is a fulll time or part time remote role for a Contract Therapist at Footprints Outreach and Support. The Contract Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and offering support to clients in need. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with the team, and participating in training sessions.
Qualifications
- Counseling, Therapy, and Behavioral Health skills
- Experience in developing treatment plans and conducting assessments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field or a bachelors degree and a CADC certification
- Licensure or certification as a therapist-CADC, LCADC, LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, licensed psychologist, LPA, LPP
This is a telehealth position for substance abuse and mental health. Pay is based on a sliding scale. Sessions range from 20.00-80.00 and providers receive 85 percent of each session. Shifts are 9am-3pm or 3pm-9m we operate 6 days a week from 9am-9pm and sundays everyone will take turns being on call for crisis/emergency sessions. No show pay and emergency session pay is included.
