Overview
We are looking for a preschool teacher to join our three year old Preschool Classroom. You will co-teach with another teacher. Each teacher handles two subject areas and alternates circle time. The hours are Monday -Friday 7:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. the hours are non-negotiable. Experience with three year olds a must. This position will start at the beginning of August.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of preschool curriculum standards and early childhood development principles.
- Proven experience in classroom management and working with preschool-aged children.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with literacy education techniques and strategies for promoting reading readiness.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports the needs of all learners, including those requiring special education services.
