We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our luxury rental property, ensuring that each guest experiences exceptional comfort and satisfaction during their stay. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of luxury rental unit before and after guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
- Change linens, towels, and other guest amenities according to established guidelines.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and refreshments as needed.
- Inspect rental units for any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with property managers to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks based on guest bookings.
- Uphold safety and security standards by following proper cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by responding promptly to any inquiries or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Assist with other tasks related to property management and guest services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Physical stamina and flexibility to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate guest bookings.
- Reliable transportation to travel to different rental properties within the area.
