You’ll bring:

• Prior customer service experience is encouraged
• Valid Driver's License (A must!)

What you do:

• Work directly with owner to ensure projects are being completed and teams are being taken care of.
• Work to foster team cohesion and chemistry. Manage and delegate tasks to employees in the field.
• Work with the homeowner to educate them on the landscape process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and the company.
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership
• Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily

You must be comfortable with, or learn to operate, lawn maintenance and landscape equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, various other power landscaping tools. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
