Job Requirements:
- 5 years of IT staffing sales experience with a background in new business development and a proven track record, ideally with an existing book of business.
- Desire to work autonomously without micromanagement. We value professionals who excel in managing their own workflow and who bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Proven sales success, driven by results and performance.
- Exceptional networking abilities, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for setting and exceeding goals.
- Commitment to providing world-class customer service and building lasting client relationships.
- High sense of urgency, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, small office environment—this hybrid role includes time in our downtown Chicago office, your remote workspace and at client sites/coffees/lunches.
