Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced General Laborer to join our team. You will be a key part of our construction team, supporting the completion of residential and small commercial concrete projects with precision and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and installation of concrete and or masonry for residential and small commercial projects.
- Safely operate hand tools, saws, and other construction equipment.
- Accurately read and interpret a tape measure to ensure proper dimensions and measurements.
- Carry and move heavy items, including construction materials.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized job site.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Work alongside other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Perform tasks at heights when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction field.
- Ability to use hand tools and saws with confidence.
- Strong familiarity with reading a tape measure and interpreting construction drawings.
- Must be able to carry heavy materials and lift objects up to 80 lbs.
- Must not be afraid of working at heights.
- A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all safety guidelines.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
