Position Overview:

As a Concrete Sales Representative at Force Masonry Construction Inc., you will play a key role in driving our business forward. You will utilize your hands-on experience in concrete finishing while leveraging your sales skills to foster relationships with potential clients, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the concrete industry, client satisfaction, and building strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, create proposals, and close deals for concrete projects (both residential and commercial).
• Consultation: Use your concrete expertise to advise clients on the best products and services for their specific needs, ensuring they receive top-notch solutions.
• Customer Service: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with current and potential customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with our project management team to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and supportive environment with the rest of the Force Masonry Construction Inc. team, helping to achieve both individual and collective success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are estimated correctly considering the work we are doing has the highest level of craftsmanship and that all customer expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher and in Sales (preferably in construction or concrete-related fields).
• Strong knowledge of concrete work, including mixing, pouring, finishing, decorative/stamping, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about delivering quality results.
• Experience with estimating and project management is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
