Monday - Friday 8:00Am - 5:00 Pm - 1 hour lunch break

Skills Required:

Must be excellent with numbers. You have a knack for conducting inventory calculations and orchestrating supply orders.

Ability to gather multiple parts to complete a single order. You know how to harmonize all the necessary components.

Excellent communication skills. You can communicate with suppliers, departments, and colleagues in perfect harmony.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment is essential. You can conduct the procurement symphony with your fellow team members.

Ability to follow both oral and written directions/information. You have an ear for instructions and a sharp eye for written details.

Forklift/Scissor lift certification is helpful. You can navigate the warehouse like a graceful conductor.

Essential Job Functions:

Evaluate usage, re-order points & safety stock requirements using our magical ERP System. You'll conjure up the necessary purchase orders for raw materials, purchased parts, and enter them per company policies.

Communicate with suppliers, negotiate terms and delivery, and evaluate supplier performance. You'll orchestrate the entire supplier symphony.

Follow-up on orders, expedite late orders, and ensure timely delivery. You'll keep the procurement rhythm flowing smoothly.

Investigate, document, and recommend alternate or secondary suppliers using your magical resources.

Consult with Engineering and Quality Assurance departments, recommend alternative materials or methods based on market availability, and keep up with specifications and procedures for purchasing engineered products. You're the conductor of collaboration.

Review Engineering Change Orders and drawings related to material and parts responsibility. You'll ensure the harmony between specifications and procurement.

Keep up with the latest technological innovations and troubleshoot technological problems like a true tech virtuoso.

Manage difficult situations, respond to customer needs promptly, and provide top-notch customer service. Your customer interactions are like a harmonious concerto.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, you'll sit, use your hands skillfully, and conduct the orchestra of paperwork. Occasionally, you'll stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and talk or hear. Your musical talents will also require you to climb up to 10ft and lift up to 50lbs. Your visionary eyes will possess close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. No Supervisory Responsibilities: Your role as the Procurement Maestro won't involve directing other team members. You'll be the solo artist orchestrating the procurement symphony.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
