We are looking to hire a goal-oriented Business Development Manager to help grow our business. This role is for a highly motivated individual that demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentality and brings a desire to hunt to the Force Solutions Inc. team. The BDM is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships.
Salary is base of $65,000 annually plus commission (paid weekly), mileage, First-year annual compensation with sales targets met estimated at $90,000 - $120,000.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Close 6-8 new accounts per quarter
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Skills
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in Light Industrial, Administrative, Heavy Industrial staffing sales.
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Beyond)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
