Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the manufacturing facility’s business goals and overall company objectives.
- Drive HR initiatives that enhance workforce productivity, engagement, and retention within the facility.
- Act as a change agent for cultural transformation, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment that reflects the company’s values.
- Talent Management & Development
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent within the manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement training and development programs that promote skill advancement, leadership, and operational excellence.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring regular feedback, career development, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a positive employee relations environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing engagement programs.
- Lead efforts to improve communication between management and employees, fostering a culture of respect, safety, and compliance.
- Act as a point of escalation for employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and investigations, ensuring fair treatment and adherence to company policies.
- Compensation, Benefits, & Compliance
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration for the facility, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with corporate policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards within the manufacturing environment.
- Partner with EHS teams to ensure a safe working environment, managing workplace injury cases and collaborating on risk mitigation strategies.
- Data & Analytics
- Use HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, monitor employee engagement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities, workforce metrics, and budgetary considerations to the executive team.
- Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI)
- Champion DEI initiatives within the manufacturing facility, promoting an environment that values diversity and inclusivity.
- Ensure recruitment, training, and employee programs align with the company’s DEI strategy.
Salary : $165,000 - $195,000
