Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily preparation and shipment of high-volume boxes, ensuring compliance with all labeling and specification guidelines.
- Manage the accurate uploading of shipment details into Amazon’s system and ensure adherence to all shipping requirements.
- Coordinate with Amazon to confirm shipping instructions and schedule freight pickups.
- Supervise the palletization process, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Train, mentor, and guide team members to maintain high performance and adherence to operational standards.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth transitions from kitting to outbound operations.
- Monitor and enhance KPIs, including label accuracy and throughput efficiency.
- Experience managing outbound operations in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon’s shipping and labeling requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle shifting priorities.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities to drive team success.
- Proficiency in warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Advanced skills in Excel and / or Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting.
