Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach warehouse team leaders overseeing functions such as receiving, inventory control, product prep, packaging, and shipping.
- Develop and maintain efficient workflows for product handling, prepping, and packaging through effective team management.
- Ensure the accuracy of all departments monitored by KPIs.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations through department leads, supporting a team of approximately 100 employees.
- Monitor, achieve, and improve key warehouse performance metrics (KPIs) by implementing better processes and leading teams toward continuous improvement.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments meet standards and timelines through team accountability.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of large kitting management experience with automation.
- Proven leadership skills managing large teams of 100 employees.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong experience with data entry and analysis, including Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Amazon FBA prep processes is highly desirable.
