We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to provide essential support to account managers. Responsibilities include preparing, editing, and reviewing client-facing materials (letters, quotes, proposals, presentations) and ensuring the accuracy of scopes of work and job packs before submission. You’ll maintain the Quote Log, follow proposal guidelines, and support web conferencing operations, including setup and archiving. This role requires exceptional writing, organizational, and technical skills.
