Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, serving as the primary contact for service inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments accurately, coordinating with customers and service technicians.
- Provide detailed information on service offerings, promotions, and vehicle maintenance needs.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming appointments, service reminders, and post-service feedback.
- Handle customer concerns or issues, escalating them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Support the Service Department team with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and efficient service.
- Monitor and manage service department email and voicemail, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Contribute to achieving departmental goals by meeting or exceeding service appointment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive service environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and courteous phone manner with a customer-first attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to learn about automotive services and maintenance.
- Flexibility to work during business hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
