The ideal candidate will have impressive experience, with the ability and attitude to learn and grow within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Human Resource Manager for 80 100 employee organization
- Manage local office personnel
- Create and administer office policies
- Process employee payroll
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance
- Manage Staffing: Post job openings, recruit for open positions, and onboard all new employees
- Manage employee benefits, employee handbook, directory, etc.
- Manage registration and inclusion in various industry and governmental associations
- Ensure the organization is compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Assist with work load in other departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Office Management
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources practices and procedures
- 3 years of experience in Payroll Processing
- Effective at resolving workplace conflicts by using problemsolving skills
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Thorough attention to details with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
