Responsibilities:
- MUST create accurate Saved Searches, reports, and KPI’s by extracting data from custom and native NetSuite fields.
- MUST have experience coding within the Celigo integration platform.
- MUST have experience sharing documents via EDI (810, 850, 855) and creating API data exchange protocols.
- MUST have experience with NetScore Delivery Routing.
- MUST create and adjust workflows and scripts within NetSuite.
- Skilled in all aspects of the business. Understand all order flows within Netsuite.
- Manage user roles and permissions.
- Create dashboards and train users.
- Configure system and provide technical support to users.
- Maintain NetSuite updates.
- Document scripts, workflows, roles, etc. and the defined business processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Work Experience: 3 years.
- Provide handson work examples of creating EDI Integrations (801, 850, 855) and
API Integrations.
- Produce work experience examples of custom Saved Searches.
- Demonstrate use of SuiteScript 2.0 , SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow.
- Communicate advanced MS Excel skills.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
- Experience working within distribution, warehouse, and manufacturing operations is preferred.
