Job description
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and maintain NetSuite integrations, workflows, templates, saved searches and other NetSuite related features.
- CREATE NEW workflows, saved searches, templates, and API’s, etc. based upon business needs.
- Conduct business discovery, training and other related sessions needed to support functional teams.
- Educate all users to leverage NetSuite features including reports, dashboards, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics(Reporting & Analysis), SuiteFlow (Workflows)
- Update NetSuite configuration as needed including Record to Report, Order to Cash, Design to Build, Procure to Pay and CRM.
- Monitor NetSuite and related systems for proper operations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of NetSuite implementation or user experience including Advanced HTML/PDF templates, saved searches, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript 2.0 , and SuiteTalk
- NetSuite certification and knowledge in related solutions (e.g., Celigo, NetSuite Connectors, RFSmart)
- Experience with understanding business processes and translating requirements into a business application.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, attention to quality, selfmotivation, and a desire to succeed.
- Working experience with distribution and warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or knowledge in related solutions (e.g., Celigo, NetSuite Connectors, RFSmart).
