Join the area’s largest independent full-line authorized provider of the industry’s top three manufacturers for copier, printer, and multi-function product (MFP) technology as an Account Executive, reporting to our Erie office. This is a hybrid position which will involve a combination of work-from-home, field, and in-office work.
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. The Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with the company's products and services. This role involves proactive communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
This position offers a base salary commission pay structure. Any candidates who are subject to a non-compete or employment agreement should make us aware at their earliest opportunity.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Experience selling IT services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create strategic plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
