Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong communicator, and loves working collaboratively to bring campaigns to life. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, working alongside our creative, media, and digital teams to manage marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Manage and grow client relationships by understanding their goals and delivering strategic recommendations
- Coordinate and oversee campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Write clear, concise project briefs and communicate expectations to the creative and media teams
- Present campaign concepts and performance results to clients
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
- Stay on top of industry trends and client competitors to offer relevant insights
- Contribute to new business development efforts, including RFP responses and pitches
Qualifications:
- Must enjoy working with people and must have strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or agency setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing
- Understanding of media buying, and creative production workflows
