Job Summary: The Personal Assistant will provide business and personal administrative support to the Owners of The McKeever Group, Inc.
Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel (business and personal) and maintain records: flights, transportation, accommodations, itineraries.
- Organize and prepare for meetings with Partners/Vendors as requested.
- Schedule meetings/appointments and coordinate calendars (business and personal).
- Provide a weekly project report
- Make restaurant and catering reservations.
- Do shopping and errands as requested.
- Event Planning: Executive Retreat, Manager Retreat, and company parties.
- Buy gifts, send holiday cards, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for AZ home projects, repairs, and services. Keep owners updated on progress.
- Ensure the routine maintenance of homes and vehicles.
- Oversee condos in Concord, NC, Tooele, Utah and Park City, Utah. Oversee maintenance, repairs, services, and calendar of each.
- Manage Park City condo rentals through rental agency.
- Create expense reports.
- Perform minor personal accounting duties.
- Maintain various records and documents.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Must have a high school diploma.
- 3 years of Personal assistant experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Outstanding ability to interact well with customers, vendors and fellow employees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in the most productive and/or appropriate manner.
- Must be able to make quick, sound decisions based on facts.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to utilize creative thinking in all situations.
- Ensure 100% team compliance to all policies, procedures, and processes.
