Ford Performance is looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join the team as the Heritage Business Manager.
In this position...
You will serve as a thought partner to Ford Performance leadership and key stakeholders - Managing key strategic partnerships, identifying new revenue streams for our Heritage business and strengthening community engagement. You will work cross functionally with the Licensing team, Office of the General Counsel, Strategy and Brand teams to ensure a robust and integrated heritage business that aligns with the Ford Performance business initiatives.
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days onsite in Allen Park, MI.
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
- Identify, research, and evaluate new revenue streams and partners for the Heritage Vehicle space Assess the viability for in-house restorations (restorations facility, Dealer Network, parts strategy).
- Help to build the "lifestyle" side of Ford Performance's Heritage Brand through merchandise and accessories in tandem with Brand team.
- Identify, evaluate and execute new ways for Ford Performance to engage and monetize customers / fans.
- Develop a strategy to grow community engagement and strengthen the Ford Performance Heritage brand.
- Assess the financial viability and build the business case for new business opportunities.
- Identify, execute and manage strategic partnerships; aid in strategic evaluation and contract negotiations.
- Work cross-functionally, both within the Ford Performance and the broader Ford organization.
