We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced software development supervisor to lead a team of talented software developers. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the team and designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the team adheres to best practices, meets project deadlines, and contributes to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include the following :
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the team adheres to clean code practices and coding standards.
- Manage and optimize CI / CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software releases.
- Utilize Jira and Jama for project management, issue tracking, and requirements management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including controls engineers and hardware engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of ASIL-compliant software for low-voltage automotive, power supply and management systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
