Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host/Pro Shop Attendent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive golf experience. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Manage a master schedule
-Operate our golf simulator technology and be proficient in our golf simulator technology
-Assist guest with questions about the simulator
- Seat guests and set up the simulators
- Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations
- Manage waitlists and reservations using our POS system
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bartenders and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Ability to manage a master and keep all guest tee times on time
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
- Knowledge of food service procedures and basic understanding of hospitality industry
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
