Greet and welcome guests, handling reservations, takeout, and dine-in orders with a smile. - Manage the front-of-house, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and meet our high standards. - Utilize a POS system to accurately process transactions, handle payment, and keep track of orders. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues promptly and professionally. - Demonstrate a commitment to guest relations, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression. - Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and respectful work environment. - Handle phone calls and answer inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner. - Provide help and support to guests, including answering questions and offering recommendations. - Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and maintaining records.
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. - Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in using a POS system and basic computer skills. - Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and preparation methods. - Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - A friendly and welcoming demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality.
