The Environmental Services Director is responsible for the overall success of the department by ensuring compliance with set standards within the facility in both housekeeping and laundry operations. This includes providing overall planning to achieve operational and financial goals, hiring, disciplining, monitoring effectiveness, training, and coaching all staff in the EVS/Housekeeping and Laundry Department.
