Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused IT Desk Side Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues, including project oriented items while maintaining a series of IT systems. As a key member of the IT support team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless IT environment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for our staff.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting :
- Provide hands-on desk-side and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with configuration, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
