Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement behavior management strategies to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
- Engage in case management activities, coordinating care with other professionals and resources as necessary.
- Offer individual counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities as appropriate to client needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any relevant interactions in compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in individual counseling practices.
- Strong skills in person-centered, Rogerian based, counseling interventions
- Familiarity with emotional regulation strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.
- Strong work ethic with appropriate personal and professional boundaries.
