Our law firm is actively seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner with a strong background in Commercial Litigation, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, and employment law.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution, including trials, arbitrations, and settlements.
- Provide advice on ADA compliance and related matters.
- Counsel clients on employment law issues, including wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs and objectives
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial litigation, ADA, and employment law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid license to practice law in Florida.
