Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated, sales-driven professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our brokerage team. If you are a self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, this opportunity is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research and advise clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and high-value commercial real estate transactions.
  • Present proposals, market analyses, and financial projections to clients.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and key stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial real estate laws, trends, and best practices.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing tools to track leads and manage client interactions effectively.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements.

Brokerage Development Program:

During the first six to twelve months, you will receive comprehensive training through:

  • Daily mentoring from experienced brokers.
  • Instructor-led training sessions.
  • E-learning modules to strengthen industry knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience participating in live transactions.
  • After completing the program, you will have the opportunity to work independently, close your own deals, and earn competitive commission splits while building a successful career in commercial real estate.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active California real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Strong background in sales, business development, or real estate.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and real estate databases (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet)

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role with generous splits and unlimited earning potential upon completion of the training program. Top-performing brokers earn six figures within their first few years. Paid stipend available during initial training.
