Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, sales-driven professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our brokerage team. If you are a self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research and advise clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate lease agreements, purchase contracts, and high-value commercial real estate transactions.
- Present proposals, market analyses, and financial projections to clients.
- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, and key stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial real estate laws, trends, and best practices.
- Utilize CRM and marketing tools to track leads and manage client interactions effectively.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and community engagements.
Brokerage Development Program:
During the first six to twelve months, you will receive comprehensive training through:
- Daily mentoring from experienced brokers.
- Instructor-led training sessions.
- E-learning modules to strengthen industry knowledge.
- Hands-on experience participating in live transactions.
- After completing the program, you will have the opportunity to work independently, close your own deals, and earn competitive commission splits while building a successful career in commercial real estate.
