Forensic Pathology Services, LLC (FPS) is looking for a highly organized and proactive Licensing & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing, mission-driven team!
We’re a nationwide medical staffing company that partners with counties and state offices to provide board-certified forensic professionals. Behind the scenes, we handle the administrative and operational complexities—so our people can focus on what they do best. If you’re someone with experience in medical licensing, healthcare compliance, or contract administration—or you're eager to learn—we want to hear from you.
💼 What You’ll Do:
🗂️ Medical Licensing & Credentialing
- Track and manage license expiration dates in our internal system
- Coordinate renewals with our locums management team
- Support contractors applying for licensure via the IMLC and FCVS
- Help forecast licensing needs and streamline documentation
📁 Contract & Compliance Support
- Monitor expiration dates for client/county contracts
- Prepare internal teams for upcoming renewals
- Ensure compliance documents are accurate and current
📑 Insurance Coordination
- Work with internal insurance partners to manage renewals
- Provide accurate contractor and company data as needed
- Research and recommend new policy options when appropriate
✅ Ideal Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in medical licensing, credentialing, or healthcare admin (preferred—but we’re open to training!)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with IMLC, FCVS, or state medical boards is a plus
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or similar tools

Anticipated Salary: $45,000-$60,000 depending on previous experience and industry knowledge.
