Key Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in repairs and maintenance preferred.
- Skilled in maintenance activities such as carpentry, flooring, gutters, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical.
- Ability to work independently and with other team members.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
- Ability to communicate well with people.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Must have own tools.
