Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled work in assigned department operations and maintenance, including inspecting, installing, and troubleshooting electrical/HVAC systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot assigned systems; process and respond to work orders to ensure progress, safety, and compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain and repair assigned equipment as needed; perform ongoing maintenance checks to determine need and ensure operational safety.
- Maintain a variety of operational records, logs, and reports.
About the Role:
This role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with sufficient experience to obtain appropriate certification or license, and at least one year related experience. Valid Maine driver's license is also required.
