We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Dance Instructor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching group exercise and/or Line Dancing
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive dance curricula tailored to different skill levels and age groups.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, confidence, and self-expression among students.
- Maintain a safe and organized dance studio environment conducive to learning.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Line Dancing, and teaching it.
- Ability to develop engaging classes appropriate for demographic and cater to diverse needs.
- Skills in teaching students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
- Creative abilities in theater or performance arts are a plus.
- Basic sewing skills for costume adjustments or repairs can be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
