What are the responsibilities and job description for the Growth Product Manager position at Foresight Sports?
We are seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our team, focusing on driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization strategies. In this position, you will utilize a data-driven approach to spot opportunities for scaling products through A / B testing, user feedback, and market research. Your goal will be to craft a seamless user experience that not only attracts new users but also retains their engagement. Whether it is launching a referral program, enhancing viral features, or refining pricing models, a GPM's role is centered on sustainable growth and lasting success.
This position reports to the Director of Product and is based out of San Diego, CA.
As the Growth Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to :
- Develop novel high-leverage growth strategies for Foresight products to grow.
- Manage a small, independent growth team, and push for success.
- Mine behavioral data to identify opportunities and bottlenecks in user journeys.
- Work with other product managers to steer roadmaps with a focus on user acquisition, conversions, and general growth.
- Lead experiments that inform rapid product iteration – A / B tests and otherwise
- Play a dominant role in the design and evolution of our webpage and store.
- Obsess over product metrics – from definition to measurement to results.
- Produce strategic briefs and detailed specs that depict what to build and why.
- Collaborate with designers to mock and prototype features.
- Gather user feedback via surveys and interviews.
- Stay up to date on the golf tech and simulator market.
