What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at Forest County Potawatomi Community?
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Works closely with the communications team to research prospective clients
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure proper pre- and post-sales service occurs
- Researches, reviews and provides solutions to customer requests, serving as a client advocate
- Manages sales-related documents, including contracts or agreements, assists with the design and renewal of sales proposals
- Manages internal databases and prepares account summaries
- Analyzes, communicates and reports customer feedback to team and creates advertising campaigns based on that feedback
- Performs market and competitive research, staying current with industry trends
- Ensures client retention goals are met
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and/or account management
- Must have a valid, clean driver’s license
- Attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude with ability to effectively interact with clients, coworkers and leadership
- Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing or related field preferred
