Overview
Forest Dunes, a nationally acclaimed golf destination, seeks a detail-oriented reservationist to join our resort staff. The individual would provide a first impression on guests as they look to book golf tee times, lodging and other details regarding their golf vacations. The position requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor and a passion for guest service.
Duties
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide information about room availability, rates, and amenities to guests.
- Assist guests with booking modifications and cancellations while ensuring adherence to policies.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information in the system.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred. Knowledge of golf is a bonus, but not required.
- Strong background in guest services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and reservation systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
