Role Overview/ Job Purpose: The Landscape Maintenance Crew Member ensure the upkeep and health of landscape beds for residential and commercial properties. This role focuses on tasks such as weeding, pruning, mulching, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of landscape beds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance of landscape beds, including weeding, edging, and mulching.
- Prune shrubs, trees, and plants to ensure proper growth and appearance.
- Remove debris, leaves, and dead plant material to maintain a clean and polished look
- Use hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently to complete maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, both on the job site and in the truck
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred but not required; on the job training is available
- Knowledge of plants, pruning techniques, and landscape materials is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Basic familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment such as pruners, rakes, and shovels
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
