Forest Insurance Center Agency is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative position. Qualified candidate should possess the following:
- Ability to communicate clearly via written and verbal.
- Must be able to work weekdays, 8 am – 5 pm.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
- Ability to multi-task with an initiative and drive to learn.
- Must be able to prioritize work load in an organized fashion
- Willing to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty license paid by the Agency, if candidate is not currently licensed.
- Provide customer service in a professional, friendly manner.
