Assistant Activity Director Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and leading diverse activities that bring joy and enrichment to residents.
Support the Activities Director in creating monthly calendars, coordinating events, and ensuring programs meet residents' interests and needs.
Engage residents one-on-one and in groups, fostering a warm and inclusive community.
Bring fresh ideas and energy to elevate our activities program.
Assistant Activity Director Qualifications:
Experience in recreational activities or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
Creativity, energy, and a genuine love for working with seniors.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A team player with leadership potential and a desire to grow into an Activities Director role.
