JOB DESCRIPTION
- Accounts Receivable – Collections – prior experience preferred
- M – F 8-5
- Contacting dealers / banks on any unit invoices that become past due.
- Verify receipt of funds for units so they can be shipped.
- Processing refunds to dealers/banks for any over payments on accounts.
- Will also be trained on other applications as back up eventually.
- Experience with Microsoft Office – Specifically basic knowledge of Excel is required.
Hands on, self-starting, disciplined and detail oriented individual with the ability to work independently in a fast paced and high volume environment
Successful in dealing with customer & company personnel at all levels
High degree of integrity and ability to successfully deal with sensitive and confidential information
Work closely with other accounting and operations personnel
Proficient in Microsoft excel and word
