What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Trainer position at Forest River, Inc.?
The purpose of our department is to provide a central hub for support to and training for our warranty, parts, and service employees. The training includes areas such as:
• DAX
• Job roles and responsibilities
• Dealer Connect
• Professional development
• Computers and most used programs/applications
Other responsibilities within our department include:
• Creating, teaching, and maintaining standard practices, policies, and procedures
• Maintaining things such as:
o Pub Hub (owner’s manuals)
o Flat rate codes
o Training materials
o Vendor information
o Vendor inquiries
• Providing user support to both internal and external Customers
• Influencing Customer Service department culture
• Maintaining Vendor documentation and relationships
• Creating, testing, and communicating DAX, Dealer Connect, and D365 development
• Creating recognition system and activities
• Creating and maintaining communication tools for Customer Service Departments
• Creating and updating retail registrations and warranty extensions
Warranty and parts experience is a must
Must have great people and communication skills
