Forest Roofs is seeking a Sales Rep/Project Manager to join our growing team. We are a roofing company that specializes in hail restoration. Right now there are hundreds of thousands of roofs in the Denver metro that need to be replaced due to recent hail storms. The salesman's job is to run or generate the lead, meet with clients, inspect their roofs, sell them on our services, and then manage the project through completion.

We are looking to hire more project managers to join our team! We are a company that has built a solid reputation around the front range the past couple years that is growing rapidly! Most of our work is insurance restoration from hail storms and at the moment Denver has hundreds of thousands of roofs that need to be replaced for this reason.
The sales rep/PM will run office and canvassing leads, solicit new business by walking into offices or knocking on doors, manage the projects, and be the liaison between the company and the client. Willingness to get out there and talk to people is the most important part of the job. If you work 40 hours a week you will be successful.
We offer paid training to get you off of your feet. There is no experience necessary.
Compensation: This is a 100% commission sales position after your paid training. This might sound intimidating to some, but if you want maximum freedom in your life as well as maximum income there is no other way to do it. Reps are paid a percentage of the profit on a sliding scale that is industry standard. Our top reps make $250k and the average is about $100k.
One of the biggest reasons to work for us is that we are willing to travel for hail storms, and there will be storms to work every year. We do not wait for hail to come to us. We own another company in Montana and will go anywhere the best possibility presents itself. There is also plenty of opportunity in our Colorado markets if you do not want to travel.
We are invested heavily in marketing on top of what is already coming through the door, and leads will not be split between a large number of people. We like to keep it small and tight and there will be plenty of leads, but we still like to self generate as well. There will be cold-calling of different sorts. We have a canvassing program that is second to none, and we generated over 400 leads last year through it.
We are a fun place to work where you make your own schedule so you can enjoy the freedom to do the things that you want to do! A lot of our guys spend the winters/early spring traveling, hunting and fishing; whatever you want. Some people just like to be able to make their own schedule and spend time with their families. I used to make a 6 figure income and then backpack around the world for 6 months out of the year. Roofing is the kind of industry that allows you more freedom than any other profession while still earning an extremely high income.
This is a 1099 position.
