The Project Manager will drive the creation and maintenance of Product Development schedules, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external manufacturers. This role will oversee both New Product Development and Product Improvements for domestic and international markets, from concept to product launch or change implementation, adhering to the Stage Gate Process.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Product Development, with a focus on manufacturing, quality, and process implementation. They will be skilled in strategizing, balancing multiple priorities, and navigating the fast-paced and ever-evolving demands of product development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop and manage product launch schedules, coordinating timelines with internal teams and manufacturers for both New Product and Product Improvement projects.
- Create and manage detailed schedules that account for material ordering, tooling, sample creation (ALPHA & BETA), pilot runs, and express schedules when needed.
- Lead cross-functional and vendor meetings (Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities, and track risks and action items.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of meetings, tracking progress, next steps, and key decisions.
- Oversee and drive adherence to the New Product Introduction (NPI) Process, ensuring smooth transitions from development to launch, and through infancy.
- Support the S&OP process alongside Product Managers, contributing to the creation and reporting of departmental KPIs and metrics.
- Develop tracking tools, dashboards, and reports for real-time monitoring and decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.
- Anticipate and proactively manage delays, adjusting timelines as necessary and escalating issues to leadership.
- Lead NPI, process improvement, and other relevant meetings, including with stakeholders and executive leadership, ensuring clear action items and ownership across all participants.
- Drive rolling changes process creation and implementation, ensuring timely and accurate updates across systems and teams.

- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is a strong plus.
