- Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs and challenges, identifying HR pain points and opportunities.
- Design and execute tailored HR solutions, including talent acquisition, development, organizational design, culture building, and compliance management.
Policy Development & Implementation:
- Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to formulate localized HR policies for overseas entities.
- Ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of HR programs.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Manage external partnerships and internal cross-functional collaboration to support HR and business goals.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or multinational environments.
Regulatory Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
