Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with order processing by pulling folders, attaching new orders, and prepping them for review
- Match packing slips to invoices
- File paperwork and keep folder systems organized
- Perform basic clerical tasks to support smooth office operations
Schedule:
- Approximately 8-10 hours per week, with potential to adjust based on workload
- Flexible structure: could be 2 hours a day, Monday through Friday, or a Monday/Wednesday/Friday setup
