Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Dental Office Manager at Forever Bright Dental Lab. The Dental Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental office, managing practice logistics, providing quality customer service, and ensuring effective communication with patients and team members. The Manager will play a crucial role in streamlining operations and driving business growth. This role involves overseeing case processing, managing customer relationships, coordinating logistics, and contributing to sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic multitasker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Processing & Management:
- Oversee the intake and processing of dental cases, ensuring accurate entry into the system.
- Monitor case progress to guarantee on-time completion and delivery.
- Coordinate the outsourcing of cases to partner labs as needed.
Account Management & Customer Satisfaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Foster strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Communications:
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain clear and organized communication channels with both clients and internal teams.
Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange and optimize sales routes for the sales team.
- Plan and coordinate delivery routes for case pickups and drop-offs to ensure timely and efficient service.
Sales & Business Development:
- Cross-sell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Cold call potential clients and schedule appointments to generate new business.
- Visit clients and prospects on sales routes at least twice a week to build relationships and drive sales.
