In the last two years, we were excited to welcome two companies to the Forever Cheese family - W.A. Imports – an importer, manufacturer, and distributor of premium Asian specialty foods and Virginia Packing - a specialty foods co-packer for top quality cured meats, cheeses and other specialty foods.

About the Role
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for driving quantitative analysis and continuing to establish business intelligence across our rapidly growing organization.  Reporting to the CFO, this role is ideal for a professional looking to work with significant autonomy to create impactful analysis supporting our Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams. 

The FP&A Manager will grow our existing analytics capability in Microsoft PowerBI, leveraging data to create insights for the finance, commercial, and operational teams throughout our three companies (Forever Cheese, W.A. Imports, and Virginia Packing). This individual will be expected to report out cross functionally on an ongoing basis and will have significant exposure to our executive leadership team as the senior-most FP&A role in our organization. 

Forever Cheese has made two acquisitions in the last two years and expects to continue to be acquisitive. The FP&A Manager will play an integral role in supporting the CFO in the acquisition execution process, and post-acquisition will be given significant responsibility in establishing analytics capabilities at any new entities.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

• Develop and maintain quantitative tools for data-driven decision making.
• Create deep domain knowledge of ERP system to drive insight and compliance within analytics, accounting, and finance functions.
• Create financial models for contemplated commercial / operational projects and analysis.
• Design and build KPIs in conjunction with Business Analyst, serving multiple audiences – senior management, Board of Directors, and other team members at Forever Cheese.
• Assist with acquisition diligence and integration as applicable – focus on finance workstreams (e.g., Quality of Earnings analysis, post-close PowerBI deployment).
• Cross-functional communication – educating and empowering colleagues to drive consistent usage of analytics throughout the company.

What You Will Bring to This Role:

• 3-5 years professional experience in consulting, investment banking, or FP&A in a data-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field required
• SQL and PowerBI experience a plus but not required
• Expert ability developing database quantitative analysis tools
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet external deadlines, while working autonomously to drive projects and tasks forward as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Friendly, helpful, and service-oriented demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
