Duties
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and maintain strong employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Administer FMLA processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants and streamline the hiring process.
- Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate employee records in systems such as ADP.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role within Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices, FMLA regulations, and performance management strategies.
- Excellent recruiting skills with experience in interviewing candidates effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
